Usage Policy

1.1 Age Requirement

The myan8 platform is only open to players aged 21 and above. If an account is opened by providing a false age, myan8 may close that account immediately and freeze any remaining balance.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only hold one account at myan8. The same IP address, phone number, or payment method may only be linked to one account. Opening multiple accounts by fraudulent means may result in account closure and loss of funds.

1.3 Information Provided at Registration

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. Verification using a Myanmar national ID may be requested, so providing incorrect information may delay withdrawals.

2.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount at myan8 is 20,000 Ks, available via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the system.

2.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount and Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Please note that processing may take longer if verification is required.

2.3 Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods are as follows—

• KBZPay — KBZ Bank mobile payment
• Wave Money — WavePay payment service
• AYA Pay — AYA Bank mobile payment

Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — transfers to an account that does not match your deposit channel will not be processed.

3.1 Welcome Bonus — First Deposit

After registering at myan8, your first deposit qualifies for a 100% welcome bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount—

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Example — deposit 420,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks → balance 620,000 Ks → wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met.

3.2 Games Excluded from the Bonus

Some games may not count towards the wagering requirement. You can log in to your account and check the bonus terms to see which games are excluded. Policies may vary depending on the type of promotion.

3.3 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation

myan8 may decline or cancel a bonus if any of the following is found—

• A player is found to be abusing a bonus promotion
• Multiple accounts are found to be claiming the same bonus simultaneously
• A player is found to be masking their location using a VPN or proxy to access the platform

4.1 Arbitrage Betting

Players must not attempt to profit from games on the myan8 platform through arbitrage. If this is detected during a review, any winnings from those bets will be declared void.

4.2 Bots or Automated Software

The use of bots, macros, scripts or any software that automates gameplay is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately.

4.3 Right to Reverse Transactions

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, myan8 has the right to reverse that amount, and this decision will be final.

5.1 Five VIP Levels

In the myan8 VIP program, players can move up levels as their wagering volume increases—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6.1 Data We Collect

myan8 collects and stores personal information provided by players only to improve gaming services, verify payments, and meet legal requirements. This data will not be sold to third parties.

7.1 Responsibility for Gaming Losses

myan8 is not responsible for any amounts players lose while playing. Players are considered to understand and agree that gaming is intended for entertainment, not as a way to earn income.

7.2 Service Interruptions

If the service is temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance, network failures, or events beyond myan8's control (Force Majeure), myan8's liability will be limited.

8.1 Self-Exclusion Options

9.1 Notification of Changes

myan8 may update these terms without prior notice. Amendments will be posted on this page immediately, and players should check back regularly.

10.1 myan8's Right to Close Accounts

If a breach of these terms is found, myan8 may close any player's account without prior notice and has the right to suspend the remaining balance in that account.

10.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, send your account name and an explanation to [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification.
